How to start a return
Email support@selorna.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. We reply with simple return instructions, and your full refund is issued as soon as the cushion is on its way back. No restocking fee, no forms, no hassle.
One-year warranty
Every MediGel cushion is covered against manufacturing defects for one full year from delivery. Send a photo and your order number to support@selorna.com and we will replace it.
